1. When does early bird promotion end?
Promotion ends on the 30th November.
2. Are there child tickets?
Infants and Children under the age of 3 would be under the parent’s responsibility. The event is not liable for any injuries or accidents that the child encounters.
3. Can I still purchase tickets online on the day itself?
Yes, but it is subjected to availability. We encourage you to purchase tickets before the 31st of December.
4. Is Apactix an authorised ticket re-seller for this event?
Yes, Apactix is the sole ticketing agent for Star Island Singapore Countdown Edition 2019.

Redemption

5. Do I need to print my voucher?
You may present a mobile voucher.
6. Where do I go to redeem and enter?
You can proceed to the entrance directly with your mobile or printed voucher. A wrist tag will be given upon entry.
7. Will there be re-entry?
Yes, there is re-entry to the event till 9pm. Guests must show their wrist tags for re-entry.
8. What time does entry to the float close?
We strongly advise all guests to enter by 9pm. All guests are to be seated by 10.30pm before Star Island show commences.

Cancellation

9. Will there be a refund for bad weather?
No, there will be strictly no cancellations or refunds for this event.

Event Information

10. What happens if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event. Please bring ponchos/umbrella in case it rains.
11. Will there be parking?
There is no parking available at The Float. The nearest carparks can be found at Esplanade Mall, Marina Square, Singapore Flyer and Suntec Convention Center.
12. Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Outside food & drinks are strictly prohibited at the door. Bag checks will be implemented for security measures. Organiser advises all attendees to patronise the food stalls available at The Float upon entry.
13. Will alcohol be sold at this event?
Yes, alcohol will be sold at the event.
14. Can we bring our own alcohol?
No outside liquor is allowed into The Float.
15. Will there be activities before Star Island show at the event?
There will be kids and family friendly activity zones from 5pm when doors open. F&B options are also available.
16. Is the event pet-friendly?
Pets are strictly prohibited at the door.

Immerse yourself in a new action-packed universe of world-class fireworks, 3D surround sound, synchronised light displays and performances this New Year’s Eve with Star Island Singapore Countdown Edition – presented for the first time out of Japan!

Be the first in Singapore to experience the futuristic magic of hanabi (Japanese for fireworks) entertainment at Star Island – a one-of-a-kind fireworks musical that marries larger-than-life pyrotechnics and lights, 3D sound technology and multi-disciplinary performance acts into one unforgettable night. Visitors will also find themselves immersed in the multi-sensory show with individual LED bands to add more light to the colourful celebrations.

There will also be pre-show activities for the whole family, a marketplace of delectable food and delights, as well as an after-party to dance into the new year.

18. What time does the Star Island show end?
The Star Island show ends at 12:08am. However, attendees are welcome to join in the after party till 2:00am.
19. How do I go back home from the event?
You may take public transport or Cab/Grab from the event site.
20. Is there halal food?
Yes, there are halal food options available.
