Are there tickets available for children?

Infants in arms and children under 3 years old will not be admitted into the venue. Adults and children 3 years old and above will each require a ticket for admission.

Can tickets still be purchased online on the day itself?

Yes they can, however this is subjected to availability. We encourage you to purchase tickets before the 31st of December to avoid disappointment.

Is Apactix an authorised ticket re-seller for this event?

Yes, Apactix is the sole ticketing agent for Star Island Singapore Countdown Edition 2019.

Redemption

Do I need to print/present a physical ticket?

A physical ticket is not required, as mobile tickets are accepted for entry as well.

How do I enter the event?

You should proceed to the entrance directly with your mobile or printed voucher.

What is the cut-off time for entry?

Door opens at 5pm, and re-entry will be allowed until 8.30pm. We advise all guests to be seated by 10pm before the show commences at 10.40pm (tentative).

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, you may re-enter the event anytime before 8.30pm. Re-entry after 8.30pm is strictly not allowed so as not to disrupt the show for other ticket holders. Guests must present their wrist tags for re-entry.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. We strongly recommend bringing ponchos/umbrella in case of bad weather.

Is there parking available?

Please note there is no parking available at The Float. The nearest carparks can be found at Esplanade Mall, Marina Square, Singapore Flyer and Suntec Convention Center.

Are pets allowed into the event?

Pets are strictly prohibited at the door.

Are outside food/drinks allowed?

Outside food & drinks are strictly prohibited at the door. Please note that bag checks will be implemented for security measures. Upon entry, refreshments will be available for purchase at the many food booths within The Float.

Will halal food be available at this event?

Yes, there will be halal food options available at this event.

Will there be alcohol sold at this event?

Yes, alcohol will be sold at this event.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No outside liquor is allowed into The Float.

What activities are available before the Star Island show begins?

There will be multiple family-friendly and kid-friendly activity zones available for exploring from 5pm onwards (or when doors open). F&B options are also available.

Immerse yourself with your loved ones in our multi-sensory show for an unforgettable countdown experience! Be a part of the performance as you put on the LED wristbands, completely synchronized to the show.

There will also be pre-show activities for the whole family, a marketplace of delectable food and delights, as well as an after-party to dance into the new year.
